Maasai Mara National Reserve - standard -


Aruba Mara Camp

Aruba Mara Camp is located at Talek River, 50m behind the Talek Gate. It consists of 7 comfortably equipped tents (approx. 60qm living space) with furnished wooden patio, king size bed with mosquito net, brick and tile bathroom with 24/7 hot running water. All tents have a view of the river and a fantastic outlook on the park. While having breakfast you can watch the animals drinking at the river and you will also find a paradise of birds to watch. The Camp also offers a restaurant and a bar.



Enchoro Wildlife Camp

Enchoro Wildlife Camp is located on the Oloolaimutia Hills forming the Eastern boundary of the Masai Mara National Reserve, close to Oloolaimutia Gate. The Camp is able to cater for a maximum of 30 adult guests in three different styles of accommodation. Each of these accommodation options suite to different traveler’s needs but high standards of service are maintained throughout the camp no matter what option you choose. All rooms in the camp have scenic views over the Mara with a sit for hour’s verandah with outside chairs. The camp provides delicious affordable menu catering for breakfast, lunches and dinner as well as snacks during the day. The guest suite facilities include king size double beds and singles, all with ensuite bathrooms with flash toilets and showers, sinks mirror and sufficient lighting. Both hot and cold shower are provided throughout the day, water is harvested from a well source and pumped to safe storage tanks; generator for lighting and charging cameras or cell phones.

The camp boasts numerous well maintained grass areas and an abundance of different varieties of trees making the surroundings in the camp very enjoyable, it makes this camp very popular for families and children as it has a safe and secure scenic environment for children to play. ‘Enchoro’ is a Maasai word meaning “Natural Spring Water”.



Impala Wildlife Lodge (previous Mara Hippo Safari Lodge)

Impala Wildlife Lodge is located near Oloolaimutia Gate on the south side of Maasai Mara, on the banks of the Oloolaimutia River which is a watering point of wild animals. With its stunning location, comfortable accommodation, excellent food and good services it will make you feel at home far from home. All structures of the lodge are styled after an African village concept. Under the canopy of heavy foliage the lodge is set on a beautiful landscaped garden. Accomodation is either in stone huts or in tents. All have kingsize or twin beds, luxury size bathroom with shower, wardrobe with full lenght mirror, refrigerator and a tee/coffee making machine. The lodge provides a comfortable furnished restaurant, offering international cuisine as well as African dishes. In the main building there is a lounge bar and after game drive you can also relax in or beside the swimming pool. The lodge compound is not fenced in order to allow the wild animals to roam free. Full security is provided by armed Maasai guards.



Mara Paradise Lodge

Mara Paradise Lodge is located at the banks of Mara River north of the reserve, between Mara Buffalo Camp and Mara Safari Club. The area is well supplied with wildlife, albeit few elephants and big cats. Built into the banks of the Mara River, the lodge of local stone and thatch will surprise you by its closeness to nature while offering every comfort and personal caring service. Here, the vastness and romance of Africa will capture you, leaving lasting & vivid memories. Back at the Paradise Mara lodge the experience continues. The river teaming with hippos, provides facinating backdrop to cooling sundowners & leisurely dinner.

All rooms are ensuite with verandahs overlooking the river. The terrace, safari boutiques, riverside bar and swimming pool ensure that relaxing is as interesting as game drives, hot air baloon safaris with bush breakfast and other exiting activities.



Nyumbu Camp

Nyumbu Camp is located in the Ngila plains at the edge of Maasai Mara Game reserve overlooking magnificent view of hills and plains in a prime wildlife area (near Talek Gate). Game viewing starts right from the camp itself and the location is ideal to experience the wildebeest migration. The camp is intimate and completely unfenced, accommodating a maximum of only 32 guests under permanent Canvas - medium sized, fully equiped insect-proof custom designed tents. Bathrooms are en-suite and are equipped with hot shower and flushing toilets. The camp is fully hosted by trained professionals from local community. In keeping with their simple yet elegant style, Nyumbu camp is wild yet with refined gentle class without compromising service & standards, the tented camp offers guests an opportunity to get closer to nature in style.

Amenitites & Facilites include tents with twin or double beds, all en-suite with flush toilet and verandah, hot shower system, solar lights within the tents, fresh & wholesome high quality food, laundry service (at minimum cost), early morning call with tea or coffee, telephone and email by arrangement. There is no main power, however there is 24 - hours power supply in the tents through intergrated solar system. There is an inverter system off the generator (Batteries can also be charged on this system) and the refrigeration uses gas and solar.
